Shipping policy

-          Prices are each, and do not include VAT. To order parts, we MUST have an official Purchase Order. Please include part numbers on ALL orders to prevent delays.

-          If you are planning on making a warranty return against this order, please ensure the lift reference number / serial number is included when placing your order – without this, we are unable to process a return.

•          We estimate most items (under 5kg) will have the minimum charge of £10.00 per delivery, next day by Courier to mainland UK destinations. However, other charges may apply to heavier packages, quicker deliveries, or overseas destinations. There may also be a charge to box certain items.
